Love is how someone treats you not what they can do for you.

This is exactly what I wanted to hear.
When someone cheats on someone else then they are automatically underserving of their partners love and devotion, how can someone who we love and claims to love us kiss another and not taste our tears on their lips? The moment someone cheats, they automatically made the decision that we were worth the risk of losing and we need not those people in our lives.
Through the happiness that they brought into our life, the amount of grief and cracks in the glass that they cause will never be over looked, we live in fear when we take them back, just waiting, praying that another crack wonโ€™t be added, but is living a life in fear of a crack in the glass worth it? No amount of love can fix the damage another has done to ones trust, the road is not easy, but know your self-worth and donโ€™t turn back. My advice on what to do when your lover cheats.

i observe men in silence, how they leave plates on dining room tables, how they slam doors, how they take up whole couch with legs sprawled and lounging arms, how they do not filter speech, too confident, too loud. voices always violent, everything a war. ย
